Sometimes we have to realize that we just aren't "in the mood" to lose weight. Its a lot of "i'll start on Monday" or "I'd rather be fat and happy than skinny and miserable" but in the end, it's just that we aren't mentally prepared to put in the work necessary to lose weight. And guess what... that's fine! We need to stop beating ourselves up about it because then we get into this vicious cycle of feeling bad about ourselves, so then we use food to make us happy, which in turn then makes us feel bad about our self. Cut that shit out. Eventually, you hit a moment in life when you are actually ready to go. That moment is now for me! I'm excited. I'm pumped! I CAN DO THIS! So lets go. Who's with me?!
