Seriously yummy lunch. Lots of variety in texture and taste. Mostly finger foods. Takes longer to eat that way, and fills me up. This leaves roughly 400 calories for supper, which will probably be protein. Laughing Cow reduced fat cheese comes in a bunch of different tastes, and it's 35 calories/wedge. Wheat germ adds a little taste and crunch to yogurt. It's all good.
