Laundry, groceries, inventory and pack camping gear (maybe!) STILL warm outside!!! Dayum!! Dropped a whole .8 lb. LOL! Off to get my fave Greek yogurt, a turkey breast and whatever else looks good (and skinny...and healthy)! Planning a hike this weekend with Carolyn, weather be damned. Roberta's splitting wood and stacking it in her barn, so she can't go. Feh.
One thing that amazes me is that I ALWAYS wake up alert and happy, except when I'm deathly ill with the flu or something. Hmm. Getting enough sleep makes it easier to stick to healthy eating. Dunno why, but it does. I hate being grumpy and feeling sorry for myself. It just makes me eat. :)
I'm a breakfast person. As long as I get breakfast, the rest of the day doesn't matter so much. Thinking about making smoothies for lunches, maybe. Got the blender, should use the darn thing.
