WEll, I stopped using this site and I stopped counting calories. Now I am back to 185. Wife is gone for two weeks. I can put the weights in front of the tv and work out to music and the news everyday for two weeks. I am challenging myself to lift everyday and do aeorbics to Fitness Blender's "37 minute fat burning work out". My high blood pressure and over all health needs fixing. I have no more excuses. It is all on me.
