I am so hungry, all I can think about is food. But I don't think hunger is the real issue. I think it is boredom. The morning is dragging on so slowing that it is making me completely nuts. I absolutely hate slow days. I like busy days where work flies by. I think I want to eat just to do something to make some of the time pass a little more quickly. Or at least more pleasantly.

I found that drinking water is good for keeping you busy - you feel fuller, you get to go the water fountain, and then you get to take a lot of walks to the rest room!

One of my medications gives me dry mouth. So I drink water all day long. I also made a point to drink water often before I went on the medication because I learned a long time ago that I can't tell the difference between hunger and thirst signals. I get the same signal. So I think I am hungry when I am thirsty. So I drink water often enough to try to keep thirst at bay so I don't think I'm hungry and over eat.
