My boss bought every one in her unit a dilly bar. I suppose I didn't have to eat it. But it felt rude. So I ate it. I already feel like I ate too much sugar. I typically don't eat my carbs in that form and it feels like a sugar overload. I can't wait until Sept 7th, when I can fill my freezer with protein products and properly start they program I want to do.

I'm moving. I need to save my money to pay the first month rent when I move in and the moving company. So I can't spend it on food at the moment. I bought some and am finishing what I have so I have less food to pack up and move to the new place.

I understand the struggle when someone buys you something you want, but know you shouldn't eat! It always happens in an office. I usually offer it back to that person or someone else...brownie points :)

I made sure, when I started this, that everyone in the salon knew about it. That way, if the boss, or anyone brought in something, THEY looked out for ME! A couple of weeks ago, the boss brought in pancake breakfasts from Cracker Barrel for everyone, and she made sure there was a hefty amount of sausage scrambled eggs for me. The only one that has even tried to derail me is the morbidly obese co-worker who has a strangle-hold on her excuses. I don't care how anyone views my commitment to me. If they think I'm rude for refusing crap that poisons my body, it's their problem, not mine. Bottom line, and at the risk of sounding like Knuckles, either you're in it to win it, or you're just making excuses.

Well, I'm still under 100 carbs, which is what I decided to make my goal until I finish moving. Then I'll drop the carbs further. So as far as I'm concerned, even though I had a dilly bar that I shouldn't have had, I'm okay with it.
