Hungry!! Not eating great, but at least logging it...the good news is still within my calorie intake - that makes it easier not to give up all together - exercising TONIGHT!!

It's a great start to just simply stay within your RDI (Recommended Daily Intake)! You're doing okay, just by doing that. Then, if you feel like this is not doing enough, take a look at WHAT you are eating. Do you eat too many carbs? Do you get enough protein? I do think the most important thing is to get stuff that you like. Have fun losing weight! Stay within the RDI at all times, and you'll be fine.

Thanks king- I'm nursing, so I pretty much am hungry all the time!! But, at work, I do a good job because I only eat what I pack....it's at home with 3 kids that my mouth starts to wander with out my willpower....Damn Halloween candy!!
