Another glorious morning and my early morning walk completed. The parked cars are all covered with a heavy dew this morning, a sure sign that the autumnal weather is not far away. The only thing I am not keen on, walking so early in the day, is the low sun in my face. I try to avoid it as much as possible but the streets here seem to run East/West, so which ever way you walk you get it in your eyes at some stage. And wearing glasses doesn't help. Yesterday was a good day for exercise with 47 flights and 10500 steps, but a bad day for Carbs. I will try better today. But I will be having Low GI bread, toasted, with poached duck eggs, for lunch, so that won't help. I'd better not have cereal for breakfast.
