While I am on the road to lose 10 lbs, my ultimate goal is to only eat healty. You heard it, " A diet is just a temporary thing." I want to eat right the rest of my years. No more bread, cake, sugar, white flower to start. Then lets see where I go from there. The truth is, if it aint in the house you won't eat it. Has anyone heard of Plantpure Nation? What is your opinion?

Had a lot of energy today. I did weights and "Fat Burning" cardio. I did 18 minutes of Fitnessblender's "37 minute fat burning" workout. Went slow so not to burn out or hurt my tendons. You can find this workout on Youtube from Fitnessblender. My goal is to make it through the whole workout even if it's slow all the way. Make it Fun. My weights are 10 pounds and twenty pounds for now. Again, I don't want to hurt myself. It is tempting to go with heavy weights. It's a guy thing. However, I want to go for the long run and not hurt myself. I have bad joints and tendons. Therefore, I take it easy.
