Yesterday wasn't a great food day. Because I wasn't driving this morning I decided to have a wee malt and because that tasted so fine I had another slightly larger one. Then the "Kebab effect" kicked in, or in my case a couple of bags of crisps.
Ah, well.......
Here is a photograph, of the steam train, I took yesterday. I am quite pleased with the result.


Today is a relaxing at home day. I have been out for fresh rolls for breakfast but don't expect a lot more exercise. It depends if Mrs Jocko fancies going for a stroll today.

Just spent the afternoon waxing the car. Didn't realise how much work it would be. My shoulders ache and I feel knackered. Still, I must have burnt a few extra calories!
