Went paragliding. Had to hike up a hill 20 minutes. This site doesn't have anything for hiking under exercise, so I picked brisk walking. Lunch was good. I cooked a small chicken breast in some green onions, galrlic, soy sauce, butter, and olive oil. threw it all on a salad and didn't add dressing. It was good. Had some wine as well. I don't drink soda. It makes me feel full. I need to drink more water. I drank some hiking. Going to lift for chest today. And if the dogs let me, some elliptical. About my meals. I am adding veggies to all meals. I try to put 3/4 veggies on every plate. Thought is the fiber will help me lose weight.
