Good Morning everyone
So far so good still making progress.. I did have a few setbacks but I hopped right back on track and it's paying off
The gym has been "fun" haha I think it's helped.
I did eat a few too many Mini chocolate bars after Halloween. :(
I didn't have any yesterday and so far none today.. YAY me..

This is the longest I've ever tried doing this. So I'm pretty proud of myself all in all.

Maybe it will be possible to reach my goal weight eventually. :)

Glad to see you are still at it!!! You should be proud of yourself ... and of course it is possible to reach your goal weight. If you really want it ... you go get it!!!

You CAN do it! It is possible. The gym definitely helps!

Hop right back on the wagon! It gets easier to stay on track :) If you need a little extra motivation, hang up your 'dream outfit' where you can see it every day. Maybe it's something you used to fit into, or something you've been dying to try. Either way, seeing it every day is a good reminder to stay on track!
