Weight up again this morning. Doh. That is despite climbing 44 flights of stairs during the day. Wednesday and Thursday this week are to be fasting days. I aim for less than 600 calories. I used to do that when I was working, quite successfully but found it difficult once I retired. I need to get a handle on this calorie control very quickly.

How do you do 45 flights of stairs? I know you said you break it up, but are they in your house, or on your walks?

I live in an apartment block with 48 stairs from outside to my front door. They register as 3 flights on my Fitbit. I then have another flight of stairs which leads up to the bedrooms and bathroom. It doesn't take too many trips out and to the toilet to build up the flights. It also registers a flight for every 10' of elevation I climb while out walking. My next target is 50 flights (I think I get another Fitbit badge for 50).
