Today, I weighed in and I have not been at this weight for at least 5 years. This will be where the "rubber hits the road" as they say -to see if my body will allow me to keep losing or if I end up stuck here for awhile. Around 5 years ago, I took part in a city-wide challenge to lose weight and I got to 215/216 and couldn't lose any more weight. Then I gave up. I'm not going to give-in this time!!!
