Yesterday, I had a consultation with the sleep therapist. I've been on a C-PAP machine for 11 years now. I'd had a follow-up sleep study last year, and thanks to my weight loss it looked as if my sleep apnea was on the decline. It may be declining even further (my blood oxygen yesterday morning was 100%). Interestingly my blood pressure was 104/68 and my pulse was 62. This changing lifestyle lark has some serious effects; I rather like them.

The pulmonologist thought that I might not need the C-PAP much longer. So I may have cured my sleep apnea. This is good news.

Awesome to hear that..my husband has one as well..but again most of his family has to be on one too..it runs in the family that they quit breathing..I can't tell you how many nights I had to wake him up to just take a breath...scary...have a wonderful weekend buddy...☺
