Well I could not understand the big jump up really. I had eaten late in the night couple times and too much but not even close to enough over eating for such a jump.......I felt like I was bloated like crazy for a while but then I felt different and so when I stepped on the scale this time I was down 8 pounds....what a relief:)!!
Not a huge appetite lately but have gotten into chips a little too often and always in the evening.....so I guess that is my goal.....and cutting them right out isn't the answer cause I seem to go nuts eating through the house but really wanting chips so I need to measure them and also have them less often!
150.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 75.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.1 kg a Week

something that I just started making that may help you is Kale Chips, super easy to make an tasty. Just goggle and u will find tons of recipes for them
