Hello FS.....not written in a while. Back at work and have been very active. No indication it will slow down. I am struggling with wanting to eat things loaded with sugar. I realize sugar is my stress "go to". Still going to WW classes to help me understand and monitor this. I feel good about these classes and come away with a positive vibe. :)
