Today was end end of week 6 of Bootcamp. It is going by fast actually. The trainers are getting to push us more and more each workout as they know our strength is building. No real weightloss, but my energy level is picking up and strength and stamina is building. Just going to keep at it and hope metabolism finally kicks in. 6 weeks and no real scale movement has been frustrating. I have started using the Herbalife Shake Meal replacements this week. I am using for breakfast and dinner and focusing on lunch as a meal. Trying to get away from the late night meals which for our family happen 7:30-8 with everything else going on. We will see how this goes and adjust again in a few weeks if need be.
