So it looks like the surgery will be in Feb. I have to lose 20-25 lbs by then. Still cannot work out until my leg shit goes down.
Going to need help my peeps.

losing 20 pounds is a lot to ask, so we're gonna have to amp up our support! Sounds like food's gonna be the key until you get cleared to work out again! Have you decided how you're going to change your eating?

I appreciate that Brandy, it has been a battle, and as soon as I got home from the ER (during the removal of the IUD I starting bleeding massively) I started today with eating my healthy stuff again, and aiming for under 1500 until I can start working out again. I am buying veggie trays (more expensive but so much more convenient), I have whole grain breads, and pastas, just have to get out and get some almonds and fruit. I have a home day from work tomorrow. AS SOON as my legs start looking better I am going to start walking, and working on my Elliptical again. I can't wait.

I am so sorry you have to go through all this. It must be really hard but we are here to keep you going. Hope your day is going well.
