today was TOPS. We meet in the morning. My fibro and arthritis have been horrible since the weather has change. I did not stay for the meeting, but I did go and face off with THE SCALE. I lost woot woot!!
had weigh in today and lost 2.2 pounds. Slow and steady is the way too it. I have met my challenges for the week also woot woot!!! I really need to cut back on the carbs. They are healthy carbs, but I NEED more protein!!!
