Another beautiful day in the PNW, have a lunch date today unfortunately at a Pizza place that is new here in Seattle. The lunch is free so can't be too picky but it looks like one slice averages 350 calories or so.

Have kept true for 17 days now, can't be discouraged must stay the course. It takes a long time to lose weight but at least I am doing it!
