Thanks to everyone who commented on our trip!!! Yep, I did OK in Hawaii but as soon as I got home, I got off track. Also my activity has been slack. I continued to worked on strengthening my core while away. It seems to have helped to keep my belly from showing the extra weight. I need to keep that up...
