Ugh, today was so busy ... I hate when I have days like these! My food wasn't bad but it wasn't enough and I had to add a hot dog bun with cole slaw in it to give me over 1,000 calories. Ugh. Oh well, did Zumba and walked around Wal-Mart for nearly 4 hours (NEVER AGAIN!!!!) Did a little cleaning up... now taking quizzes for school. Definitely needed this extra hour!!!

I have had to add extra food at night also. Sometimes you just get so busy and distracted during the day eat enough food. Great job on the weight loss.

It does happen to us all... I usually use it as an excuse to eat high calorie foods I haven't had in a while or if I'm low on protein, I'll try to get some more protein in.
