OK new day got woke up early a girl from new gym wanted a ride lol 5 hrs sleep ewwwwww , anyway my friends here check out my new picture its from shark fishing last nite what a ball , today had great yoga class a bit of cardio and sauna and minor swim great day while a bit sore from motorcycle falling I made it to gym yay , and my friends since I happy again I am losing weight whooo hooooo .Life is good again yay hope all well with you guys and wonderful ladies , stay safe LOU
