Well...I am relieved since I quit weighing and recording for a while. As usual with stuff I got too wound up and obsessed. Mood up and down with the scale. Husband told me to quit weighing so often. I knew I couldn't face the scale anyway as it was up so I did take a break. Took a break from recording too. Hunger was a big problem again. Got back on my CoQ10 400mg dose and fish pills and so on. And have focused on trying to eat less glutten and would like to try going glutten free.....because I have been studying fibromyalgia more and some people have reduced their pain greatly by figuring out food sensitivities. My mom's friend reduced her pain by almost 80 percent when she ditched glutten. Not every one is the same, so it is trial and error.
Also discovered some people reduce their inflammation pain by regularly eating 10 gin soaked raisins, that have been air dried for a week with only paper towel to cover, a day (weird but online a bit so we shall see).
