what is up with my body I am eating fiber daily with my veggies and strawberries and still only go number two once a week this is plain crazy I need to figure something out

Sandra - I learned this at the doctors office. Cooked spinach has a natural laxative effect. Everybody is different but it sure works for me.

Get a box of fiber one. They have different kinds now that taste better. You could also add benefiber to some dishes. It adds fiber to anything.
