Great googly moogly! This weigh in just doesn't seem fair, I was well under my rdi in calories,(about 700 cal.). grumble, grumble, . . I didn't exercise yesterday, but I wasn't a total computer slug either . . ahh well, I'll get on me ol' nordic track today and see if I can break this dastardly 180 mark . .
