...so tonight I went for a 30 min walk, I only made it around 20 minutes. My thighs were hurting me, but it was still a good walk. I need to pull out my pedometer. I also need to get on map quest and calculate how far that was. Hubby is working graveyard ...he came home hungry ...ate breakfast with him at 8 am ... I don't usually eat that early, but I guess it's a good thing, cuz "breakfast if the most important meal of the day" I wish he liked oatmeal :-)
