PERSONAL NOTE 08.07.2016 .I walked up the stairs 4 and a half times a time of 36min and 42 seconds burned 442 Kcal..wonderful BUT I ate more than enough throughout the day Prawns, 2 questbars each 21g of protein,a scoop of Whey protein, I tablespoon of cottage cheese mixed with casein before bed...I think this is where I messed I gained 400g overnight. Drunk too little water less than 3l.not something to write home about. took l carnitne, lipo 100 fat burner, multivitamin, omega 3,BCAA,Coffee...What else?Cant remember TODAYS GOAL.. 1.9 TIMES UP THE STAIRS,afull 9 times no cheating today. 2. 6L water..lol...one l is done already 3.observe protein intake..reduce 4.learn how to Smile to those others guys using the stairs even if my leg muscles are paining.hahaha
