I was still up to 294 today after the wedding Sat night. I have done very well getting back with my diet. I was keeping to it 100% for several weeks and ate freely that one night. Since Sunday morning I have not had a problem with sticking to it 100% again. I guess it will just take a few days for my body to get back on track. I have been sick for several days, may contribute also.
