Need to stop making excuses to not exercise. Went to the Y today and worked out for 2 hours(1 hour jogging/walking on treadmill, 40 mins on Expresso Bike, and 20 mins of weights) so that was a good start. need to continue!
100.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 45.9 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
