Still loving the push up challenge! I have been keeping up with the 20 push ups every night. I must admit I did miss one day, but I am making them up today:) Happy 4th!!!
76.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
