Unfortunately, I may have to forego the making of my pot of low carb chili, and cornbread, tomorrow. :-( My fridge went out this weekend, and I had to move everything into the spare fridge in the basement, and a smaller fridge upstairs; so storage space is very limited, leaving none for pots. The freezer still works, but that's only a matter of time; thank God I have two additional freezers. I'll be keeping my meals very simple, until I can get a new fridge in a couple of days.
