Well its been about a month now that Im dieting. Im just counting calories. I'm eating 1,200 calories a day. The past couple of days I have noticed I haven't eaten the 1200 calories. I did a mid week weigh in to see if Im losing anything this week so far and I gained a pound. I dont know if since I'm not eating 1200 calories if now my body is storing fat who knows. Today I am going to force myself to eat the 1200 calories and see what happens.
