I have been on the Fat Smash Diet since Monday 5/07/07. It is very difficult mainly because my husband and daughter aren't veggie eaters. However, my 16 month old son is but I don't have to do anything elaborate for him. I don't think I have lost any weight yet. I have started the Billy Blank's Boot Camp program 3 times this week so far. I do about 20 minutes of it before I want fall down dead. LOL! I also, do about 5 minutes (that's all I can handle right now) on the Eliptical and 10-15 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 miles an hour right after I get off of work 3 times a week. I cut out the diet soda's and I am now drinking loads of water. No coffee either but I have had a couple of cups of caffeine free tea. I believe I can do this. I have to for myself.

It is difficult, especially with your 12-hour night shifts, but remember that Fat Smash diet is a lifestyle change, not only a weight-loss program. Keep up the good work, you can do it!
