Happy Saturday FS!

Great news! I received the results of my blood work and my cholesterol is in the normal range ... All parts, good, bad and Triglycerides. I have not had good results in years. The doc put me on meds last year but my body didn't like them so they took me back off. So, I haven't lost that much weight (yet) but have been successful in my eating, increased my exercise some, stopped drinking and started taking Fish Oil. Was it a combination of everything I've been doing? But in only such a short period of time? There wasn't a difference in my numbers the last time I was here and the only thing different I'm doing is taking fish oil and not drinking. So, it may tie back to that. Short of receiving the wrong results ... Which was my initial thought! Lol! ;-) Anyway, it is progress!

Rainy morning. It was great to sleep in a bit although woke up at 6:20 but would not let myself get up. What happen to the days I could sleep til noon? Haha! Many, many years ago!

Must go and see what trouble I can get into today besides laundry and cleaning the house.

Have a great day FS!

Congrats on the cholesterol. I haven't had mine tested in a while, but I think it will be ok. You are doing fabulous. I am so proud of you!! I stopped drinking and started taking fish oil, also. I think we are on the right track. Have a great Saturday!! :-)
