Although it is not weigh in Monday for me I wanted to take a quick look this morning after my early morning workout. I was not expecting to see any change since normally after my workout my muscles are inflamed which could add on a pound or two...but to my surprise I lost 3 lbs! I am soooo excited! I did complete my intermittent fasting (which wasn't bad at all) and I am hoping to keep the lbs off.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
