I am not one for protein shakes, but I found that having a glass of Bantee shake on Saturday worked for me. I went to a dinner party feeling full and it discouraged me from snacking. My dinner choice was then easier as I didnt feel to need to fill up on carbs. Seems like a great way to avoid the indulgence.
