So, yesterday I felt tired all day, and had difficulty concentrating. It was probably because I skipped both breakfast and lunch, only having coffee until dinner time. I made sure to eat a hearty breakfast today, and will have a light lunch as well. I want to make sure that the lack of carbs and sugars isn't affecting my work or my energy levels.
