Stepped onto the scale this morning to find that I finally broke through the 60 barrier and came in just under at 59.8. I have realised that it takes a lot of patience and hard work to get the kgs moving down. This Monday, a few glasses of wine over the weekend, saw the scale tipping at 61.6kg and not much of a drop on Tuesday. A few fast days and exercise, low carb and 16:8 has culminated to my lowest weight recorded in over 10 years. I am glad I get motivated by the support I find on this site. Lets keep it clean on the weekend and stay motivated!!
