6 hari menstruasi pola makan jadi gak karuan. makannya jadi gak bisa kekontrol. padahal udah susah-susah nurunin dalam 6 hari malah naik 3 kilo. cpet banget yah. mungkin yang kebuang bukan semua lemaknya tapi mungkin hanya air yang berkurang.
