I got a sample pack of Alli from a doctor, a month supply. In the very beginning I used it along with my FatSecret journey, so about a year ago. I found that there was absolutely no difference in my weight loss progress, and for me they were not worth spending ANY money on. You have to be on a weight loss journey with our without Alli. Why not just do it? :)
