Not going to look over the next week or so. Had a few miserable days with flu like symptoms and trying to eat right was last on the list but pretty sure I didnt eat enough.
Having a few days away at Filey next week with a girlfriend so we can both "chill out and get some sea air and some catching up to do on the sleep front as both she and I have never had a full nights sleep in years.Will get right back on into the diet when back but gonna forget keeping notes till then.
Fingers crossed the sun might make an appearance.
