Congrats on your lose!!! Keep up the good work. Just a little warning...depending on what you consider "messing up" your body could stall. If you are eating real carbs (pasta and sweets) and eating full fat foods you, you are not changing your eating habits.
Remember once you hit your goal and learn you body and what it can tolerate then you can add back in moderation. Some people tolerate carbs differently, and you have youth on your side. Your goal is health, keep that in mind.
