Today I finally broke down and took measurements--- showing lots more work to do!
Thighs Left-28.25 inches right-28.5 inches
Bicept Left-13.25 inches right-14 inches
biggest portion of belly 48 inches
bust- 43 inches
chest barrel- 40 inches
weighed in today at 207lbs

I did ride my bike today 5km in 19.5 mins-definitely needs improvement
20 mins of floor exercises.

Reality sucks!
Off to work now and I hope that everyone has a good day.
