Went for a seven mile walk yesterday late night........so hungry this morning thats the problem the more you excerise the more you want to eat.

It all depends on how and what you eat. I am starting a 5 a day. No not 5 fruits a day but 5 meals a day. Make sure you know what your daily calorie limit is, divide by 5, subtract the calories you wish to cut. divide time in day last meal 3 hours before bedtime. So if you are planning for 10PM bed and you get up at 7AM then its a meal every 3 hours. Breakfast at 7AM, brunch at 10AM, lunch at 1PM, tea at 4PM and dinner at 7PM. Smaller amounts should help your stomach to shrink. Your belly/gut may not go down by much, bur if you can get your stomach used to having less quantity at any single time, then this should alleviate the hunger pangs after exercise.

Forgot to say. My plan is once I have got used to the reduced amount, then start cutting down the size of brunch and tea. :)

It could be after a long walk you are thirsty not hungry.
