To add to my lack of planning, I have discovered , that I suck at eyeballing amounts of foods! I really need to weigh and measure, otherwise , I tend to err of the side that is not favourable to me! I was looking at my weight history... and its pretty stagnant , up a bit, down a bit.. but no significant losses to make a dent in the straight line! I need to start taking this seriously!
