Setting small weight loss goals seems to make it so much more attainable. Very excited to hit my first.

Can't agree more. I've broken the journey to my end goal into 6 lb increments. Talk about short term! lol :)

Very cool. I like the short goals. They're easier to wrap your head around. Over time, they all add up.
