I was size 9 x shirt and now i fit into 4 x i was size size 6x pants and now im size 3x i think i gained muscle weight i hope

Those clothing size changes are fantastic!!! And a much better measurement than the scale in a lot of cases!! Keep up the good work and the losses will start showing up on the scale again soon!!
