Ugh, this is why I hate being off a diet, once you stop it gets so hard at the beginning to stick to the plan. Hope tomorrow feels better then today

Thank you Brandy, it is really very worth it, I am closer each day to my goal weight. The only thing its how frustratring and hard it starts getting when you are almost there.
